Nuntiya and Supachai

• She was born in Thailand, graduated from Chulalongkorn University, works as marketing executive, and is very shy.
• He graduated from Berkeley, grew up in the U.S., and moved back to Thailand a few years ago to work as an equity sale VP.

• She joined MeetNLunch after her brother-in-law bought it as a birthday gift, and she was a bit embarrassed at first.
• He joined MeetNLunch after hearing about it from a friend, as he thinks lunch dating and matchmaking are widely acceptable in the U.S.

They weren’t sure if they were right for each other in the first date, but they knew at least they could be friends. It wasn’t easy because Supachai grew up abroad and they have some differences, but they spent more time learning about each other. They finally got engaged in Bangkok in January 2008. We are waiting for the date they will be tying the knot.
